we wake up empty and frightened.
Don't open the door to the study
and begin reading.
Take down a musical instrument.
Let the beauty we love
be what we do.

... Rumi reminds me of the infinite number of ways to express one's self: with music, painting, poetry, journaling, collage, dancing. It's infinite.
... I also like to remind myself of Gandhi's words "Be the change you want to see in the world."
