It would be best if the paper was something you could write on with just a regular ball point pen. Each player would make one for everyone else Whatever kind of book you want to do will be great! The making is entirely up to the individual. If you're an experienced bookmaker you might want to do something fancy, but if not, just a little book with some pages inside will be perfect. You could decorate the cover, add some fibers, do something clever to the pages, include a dangly pencil, make a special closure...just do whatever pleases you.
