Maui home ownership

I just heard from Pat that Mike B. spent the winter in Maui and ended up buying a 2 bdrm condo there ... I need to email him to find out where ... and their friend, Seebolt bought a beach front home there. Garth and Debbie also spent the winter there. Pat wants to get a place in Maui too, saying they need "someplace to go" ... it was a long snowy winter in W.S. ... and everyone else went somewhere, either Maui, Baja, or Florida.
